Alexander-M. Weßling is an attorney-at-law and Certified Specialist Lawyer for Public Procurement Law. He advises both public contracting authorities and bidders on their respective procurement-related challenges. His practice includes assisting clients with the structuring and conduct of procurement procedures as well as participation in such procedures.

The advice provided covers supply and service contracts, concessions and utilities contracts, with a particular focus on the procurement of planning and construction services.
In addition to advising on procurement procedures, Mr Weßling represents clients in review proceedings before public procurement tribunals, the procurement divisions of the Higher Regional Courts and other review bodies. He also acts for clients in out-of-court dispute resolution and in the enforcement or defence of claims before the civil courts.
His advice extends both to claims arising directly from infringements of primary rights under public procurement law and to disputes occurring during the subsequent construction or other contract performance phase.
