Alexander-M. Weßling is a lawyer specialising in public procurement law. He advises both contracting authorities and bidding companies on their respective procurement-specific challenges. His services include support in the conceptualisation and implementation of and participation in competitive tendering procedure.

The range of advisory services covers supply and services, the award of concessions, and sector contracts with a particular focus on the award of building contracts.

In addition to consulting clients on the competitive tendering procedures themselves, Alexander Weßling represents our clients in review proceedings before the public procurement courts, the public procurement senates of the higher regional courts, and other review bodies. He also represents our clients in the out-of-court settlement of disputes and the enforcement or defence of claims before the ordinary courts. He advises clients on claims arising directly from the infringement of primary rights under public procurement law as well as on disputes arising in the construction and other contract execution phases following the competitive tendering procedure.
