Dr Kevin Max von Holleben has extensive experience in complex litigation proceedings. In many cases, the disputes have a technical background (e.g. railway vehicle or IT projects).
He also advises on IT projects with a focus on software and cloud computing projects, including licensing issues, AI, platform solutions, IT compliance, and eCommerce. He also comprehensively advises companies on all issues of data protection law in both a German and international context.
